We do not accept refunds unless your product arrives with damages that werenโt mentioned with proof & is returned. A majority of aiCloset items are sustainably sourced second hand and vintage items - this means minor signs of wear are expected, so please take this into consideration! The condition of every item differs and is specifically listed in detail under each item description, please read these carefully before purchasing. additionally, photos of any imperfections are provided as well.

We ship worldwide from LONDON, UK 1-3 days after purchases are made. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. please check your junk folder for this email too!
international postage can take up to 5-7 working days
local postage can take up to 3-5 working days
